This highly reputable company, specializing in property investment and development, is seeking a dynamic individual who thrives working on-site, engaging with clients, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
:
- Manage contractors on site
- Lead project planning and facility upgrades
- Manage project teams
- In charge of multiple projects
- Develop and track project budgets
- Identify project risk
- 3-5 years' experience in Retail
- Skilled in MS Programs
- Work well independently and in a team
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English essential
- Valid Driver's license
- Great interpersonal skills
Senior certificate and relevant Facilities qualification
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
