Policy Servicing Agent

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Policy Service Consultant / Administrator to join our short-term insurance team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate must have experience in policy servicing, strong knowledge of short-term insurance products, and be fully FAIS compliant with RE5.
Requirements:
- FAIS-recognised qualification (as per FSCA)
- RE5 certification
- 12 years experience in short-term insurance policy servicing
- Strong understanding of personal and/or commercial lines
- Excellent client service and admin skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, policy admin systems)
- Process policy amendments, endorsements, and cancellations
- Handle client and broker queries professionally and within SLA
- Maintain accurate policy and client records
- Ensure full compliance with FAIS and company procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient policy servicing
