Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our client's team in the mining industry. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maximizing the performance of the plant. You will be tasked with ensuring safety compliance, optimizing production processes, and managing the resources and staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve production targets and improve efficiency
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including equipment and staff
• Lead and motivate the plant team to achieve performance targets and foster a positive work culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager in the mining industry
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, processes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
