Job Description
A great mining company in Steelpoort, Limpopo is seeking the expertise of a Plant Manager to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Legal accountability in terms of Mine health and Safety Act regulation 2.6.1
- Operation of metallurgical processes in line with SHEQ standards, policies and procedures
- Drive and sustain compliance of Tailings Storage Facilities to the Global Industry Standards on Tailings Management (GISTM)
- Champion a desirable work culture in line with values within area of responsibility
- Contribute to the development and review of the business plan
- Provision, allocation, and control of the required resources to deliver on the plant business plan objectives
- Effective collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
- Grade 12
- Degree in Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
- Management Development Qualification
- 8 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in concentrator environment
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 at Management level
