Job Summary xe2x80xa2 Recognized University Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering xe2x80xa2 Valid Government Certificate of Competency for Mines and Works. xe2x80xa2 More than 8 years applicable practical experience in Process Plants and mobile machinery will be an advantage, of the aforementioned 8 years at least 3 years to have been spent in a managerial capacity. xe2x80xa2 Risk management; analysing and interpretation of information; planning, coordinating, and prioritising to ensure decision making ability in fast changing environment. xe2x80xa2 Competent/experienced in an RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Continuous Business Improvement processes will be an advantage.
