Job Description
Planner
Our client is a project management, professional welding and mechanical service provider to the South African mechanical industry through using highly qualified and skilled team members. They seek to employ a Planner to join their team.
Qualifications:
- Technical Qualification (N4) + 5 years on site Planning experience
- Project Management Qualification
- PMI-SP Registration
- Analyse drawings prior to compiling a plan and identify the total scope of the project.
- Be able to compile detailed piping and structural trackers that link to the program.
- Producing S-curves and histograms
- Update and track against the project baseline schedule
- Compile weekly and monthly detailed reports
- Identify and report any potential changes in the scope of work
- Supervise, coach and mentor junior planner
