Job Description

Minimum qualification, experience and skills required:
· 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization.

We are searching for a partner to assist in developing, tracking, reviewing, coding and the uploading of digital content onto various platforms within agreed deadlines and to ensure the project objectives are achieved, in order to meet the objectives of the greater business. objectives of the greater business.

Role responsibilities:
· Review all digital content and refine where necessary to ensure brief requirements are met.
· Manage and update content to ensure all objectives and deadlines are met.
· Thoroughly test all work in pre-production and production environments to ensure high content quality and adherence to requirements.
· Monitor the impact of digital content using analytics tools and share insights with the team.
· Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
· Participate in the identification and implementation of tool and process improvements related to content management.
· Troubleshoot and help address bugs, errors, and other issues related to content display.
· Understand and troubleshoot system integration including pricing, inventory, and other data feeds impacting the site.
· Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
 
Team Management; Leadership:
- Participate in daily, weekly, and adhoc meetings to align on work, timing, changes, and other topics relevant to content management operations.
- Set and oversee work schedules of the team to ensure content is developed within project deadlines.
- Responsible for overseeing, planned and testing online promotions and ensuring that these are intuitive and easy to shop.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the team & provide effective feedback to ensure correct team culture.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Training the ecommerce team on how to use the website content management system.
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites.

· Advanced experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or JSON.
· Proficiency with ecommerce content management systems, experience with Magento is preferable.
· Required knowledge of Trello, Wrike, Planner or an equivalent workflow management tool.
· Experience using UX prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch and a working knowledge how design systems work is essential.
· Attention to detail and adherence to coding standards for web, email and mobile apps.
· Working knowledge of SEO and ecommerce metrics using Google Analytics.
