Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily care and feeding of pigs across all age groups
Support breeding, farrowing, and weaning operations
Monitor animal health and assist with disease prevention and treatment
Complete tasks related to pen cleaning, bedding, and pig movement
Learn to manage feed inventories and operate feeding systems
Adhere to biosecurity, ethical, and regulatory requirements
Participate in daily record-keeping and production monitoring
Work collaboratively with farm staff and contribute to a safe, positive team environment

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Diploma in Agriculture (or equivalent)
Keen interest in animal science and pig production
Good physical condition and ability to complete manual tasks
Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
High attention to hygiene, detail, and animal welfare
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Driver's license preferred but not mandatory
Available to work January 2026 to January 2027
