Knowledge and Understanding
- Dispatcher Red Prairie
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
- Fluency in English.
- Experience must have been gained in a dynamic FMCG environment.
- Good understanding of FMCG environment
- WMS knowledge a recommendation.
- Computer literacy
- Experience: minimum 3 years in the FMCG industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical approach
- Independent and disciplined worker
- Good financial and business acumen
- Allocate and train pickers across all principles.
- Manage all warehouse-related reports on the system.
- Control and manage the picking process throughout the shift.
- Complete all reports and documentation relating to your area.
- Update the efficiency notice boards as part of our visible Key Performance Indicators.
- Execute all freezing instructions as indicated by our clients.
- Check shorts before shipping.
- Assign ship docs
