The ideal individual has is highly service and guest orientated with a strong operational skill set, high level of attention to detail, ability to lead and manage a team effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 4 years? experience managing a high- End restaurant. - Hospitality Management Qualification advantageous - Excellent wine knowledge. - Minimum of 5 years? experience in a similar environment and role- Training and staff performance management ability - Confident and excellent communication skills- Hands- On approach to F&B operations- Guest and service centric approach- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays- Excellent interpersonal- Communication skills- Flexibility, adaptability - Passion for the hospitality industryRemuneration: R20 000 ? R25 000 (relating to experience) Start Date: ASAPResponsibilities: - Ensure the smooth running of the daily restaurant operations and activities - Being actively on the floor during service to ensure excellent guest interaction and service excellence - Continues staff training and staff performance management - Inventory management and supplier liaison- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations- General administrative duties: Taff rosters, time and attendance, managing bookings and enquiries- Staff management and development
