To co-ordinate and synchronize strategies between the Liquor & Tobacco team, PnP Marketing, Suppliers, Trade and Brand teams.
To make sure that all trade marketing initiatives are thoughtfully planned and promptly carried out, that best practices are explored by maximizing key stakeholder engagement to offer the best shopping experience for a customer, and to increase sales and margin profitability for PnP.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant Tertiary Certificate
2 xe2x80x93 3 years retail and marketing experience
Excellent computer skills
Advanced excel skills advantageous
Expertise in data analysis and insights formulation utilising various sources of information
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide strategic input during category reviews, Trade Plan interventions and communication relating to all Liquor & Tobacco initiatives
Craft concepts into original, relevant, and impactful communications; follow through to the completion of the job whilst maintaining explicit attention to detail and adhering to project timelines
Manage and take ownership of projects from origination to completion
Plan, and create Liquor Trade Activity Plan with Category Buyers. Compare and analyse weekly activities and give feedback to the Liquor & Tobacco team. Communicate PnP broader themes and campaigns with relevant stakeholders and assist in selling campaigns to suppliers.
Develop skills and knowledge within yourself through on-the-job development, and active participation
Actively support and involve team members at the appropriate time to resolve issues
Review adverts paying special attention to campaigns that need be included.
Keep schedule of brands implementing contra vision or window displays in Liquor stores. Manage schedule of brands booked on Premium Shelving Display in CVP store windows.
To create content for the Liquor & Tobacco team and submit to the relevant teams for publishing (internal communications, Marketing, Digital, Suppliers etc)
Participate and support Tasting events i.e.PnP Wine & Food Festival, Winemaker Table series etc
Build and Maintain open communication channels and good working relationships,within the cross function teams
Manage the PnP Connect schedule with PnP Connect team. Buyers to sign off category relevant activity. Work with DAC to secure correct campaigns feature in print advertising.
Source lines to feature in the Liquor pages in conjunction with the buying team for the Fresh Living Magazine and other written platforms
