Job Summary

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market research, and will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels within an IT environment with an SEO focus
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities within the Property/ Tech industry
  • Develop and Implement the Brand Strategy
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and SEO performance metrics
  • Manage Outsource partner performance and relationships
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives in an Ecommerce environment
  • Direct Brand research and development
  • Develop the Marketing Strategy for new and existing products
  • Oversee implementation of the Marketing Strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and Public Relations (PR)
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
  • Work closely with the Customer and product teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate content, tools and materials
  • Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
  • Ensure that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing teams
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail
  • Develop and recommend product positioning and packaging to produce the highest possible long-term market share
  • Work closely with product management team to define content, marketing materials and programs
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all categories, product lines, promotional materials and events
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Develop and deliver Corporate Communications strategies for the organization.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners
What you Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors or masters degree in marketing
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Banding and Marketing Strategies
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing channels and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing role
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics

  • Public Relations - Understanding of public relations strategies and techniques, including media outreach, press releases, and crisis management.
  • Market Research - Ability to conduct market research, including collecting and analyzing data, developing surveys and conducting focus groups.
  • Marketing Automation - Familiarity with marketing automation tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation software, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Budgeting - Planning for and managing revenue streams that will enable the sales force to realize goals and objectives. Apply an understanding of management accounts, budget management and forecasting to design and manage departmental budgets. The knowledge of an understanding of the enterprise budget coupled with effective financial analysis and reporting will enable you track internal spend against the organizational management accounts.
