About the Role
As our
People Operations Lead
, you'll take ownership of our HR systems and workforce execution across one of our growing businesses. You'll manage hiring, onboarding, compliance, and culture -- all within a company that truly values people, especially women balancing work and home.
This is not a reactive admin role. It's strategic. You'll help shape how a multi-country business operates by building people systems that work for humans, not just spreadsheets.
And you'll do it all from home -- no traffic, no office politics, no rigid schedules.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage recruitment and onboarding across multiple business units
Build structured, repeatable HR systems (compliance, performance reviews, engagement)
Coordinate with Payroll and Compliance for accurate documentation and policy alignment
Drive learning and development programs to support upskilling and retention
Foster a positive, inclusive remote work culture that supports working mums
Provide insights to leadership on workforce performance and strategy
Keep all HR records compliant, secure, and audit-ready
Who We're Looking For
You might be:

You must have:
At least 5 years in an HR, people operations, or workforce admin role
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent written and spoken English
Confidence working in Google Workspace, Airtable, and online HR tools

Bonus if you:
Have experience working with international teams
Are SHRM or CIPD certified
Have supported a growing company through scale
