Minimum Requirements
Matric (required)
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Business Admin, or related field (preferred)
3-5 years in rental operations, logistics, or fleet coordination
Reconciliations and reporting experience
Bookkeeping experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Claims Management:
Submit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims.
Liaise with insurers to ensure timely processing of claims.
Customer Contract & Collections Administration:
Manage customer rental contracts and ensure weekly rental payments are collected.
Initiate repayment plans or escalations for customers in arrears.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of 3 admin staff, assigning tasks and providing day-to-day guidance.
Train and support the team in handling service, accident, and loan-related workflows.
Reporting & Pipeline Management:
Compile weekly reports on potential new driver leads and present trends to management.
Track and report operational KPIs such as rental status, arrears, and fleet incidents.
Operational Support & System Improvement:
Oversee procedures for servicing, loaner bike issuance, and replacements.
* Collaborate with the tech department to enhance the in-house loan management system.
