Where our people are cared for, happy and inspired in building an extraordinary place to work.Our organisation is looking for a Senior People Lead to drive strategic people initiatives across our fast-moving Telecommunications FMCG business.As a People Lead, you will be responsible for:Leading the design and execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives.Partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, capability development, and talent engagement.Supporting organisational transformation through change management and workforce planning.Embeding a high-performance culture that reflects our client and business values.Guiding the People team to deliver best-in-class HR support across functions.RequirementsWhat are we looking for?To qualify for this role, you should have:8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic leadership role.
