Skills and experience

• Senior Generalist HR managerial experience in luxury 5-star hospitality
• Recognized HR qualification at degree level or professional certification
• Monitor companiesxe2x80x99 implementation of diversity
• Personnel Administration xe2x80x93 Employee benefits, leave, payroll and other relevant records
• IR management
• Ordering employee equipment and housing
• Support to conservation initiatives
• Preferably experience in luxury resort/hotel or villa estate settings in nature reserves or remote locations
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, standards, and processes.
• Support to companies activations
• Promotions and appraisals
• Implementation of training and development
• Staff Welfare and wellness
• Competence in leading recruitment and learning & development strategies.
• High-level computer skills, including Microsoft packages and SAGE VIP
• Proven track record in recruitment marketing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction
