Job Description
Major retailer requires a Regional People Support Manager (HRBP) to implement the company strategy in within the Nothern KZN region through the effective management of the people support function.
Requirements:
- 3-year Degree in Human Resources is compulsory.
- Ideally, 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 generalist HR experience advantageous
- Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite)
- Valid Code 8 manual driverxe2x80x99s license with a willingness to travel extensively.
- Recruitment and Selection
- Industrial Relations (disciplinaries and CCMA cases)
- Personnel Administration
- Enforce and maintain the company culture
- Succession Planning
- Training and Development
- Operational support to line management
- Excessive travel to throughout Northern KZN
