PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDANCE SPECIALIST - Sage 300 OR Sage Premier -FMCG, Paper&Pulp or Manufacturing experience
- Kempton Park area, East Rand,
GAUTENG
PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDANCE SPECIALIST experience with payroll Software - SAGE 300 or SAGE PREMIER
- Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic Macros)
- MS Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Diploma or Batchelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting,
- Minimum 4-5 Year's experience in Payroll Officer Role - FMCG,
.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll accurately and timely
- PAYE, UIF, CODIA/WCA, SARS Bi-Annual & Year-End submission(IRP 5, IT3), IRP 501
- Understanding of BCEA, Labour Relations, Income Tax Act, Employment Equity
- Manage Time Attendance Systems
- Calculate wages and deductions
- Prepare and distribute paychecks
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Legal Regulations
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- CLEAN CRIMINAL & CREDIT RECORD - will be verified
