Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Education & Experience): o Grade 12/ Std 10/N3 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. o At least 5 to 7 years post qualification experience in HR and focus on Payroll, HR Systems, Time & Attendance. o Successfully obtain a Red Ticket (Medical Fitness certificate) on mine o Your consideration for employment is subject to your SAPS Criminal Record verification and qualifications verification. SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES: o Strong data analytical skills o Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of HR and People Services, systems, processes and administration. o Proactively uses knowledge of technology, process design and analysis and service performance to improve service delivery. o Build and maintain sound relationships through effective engagement.
