Job Description
Running for almost over 30 years now, a well-established Insurance Agency is looking to hire an analytical, determined Payroll Manager to add to their formidable team based in Johannesburg North.
You will oversee the full Payroll function, looking at a headcount of 1000 plus. You will need to have prior managerial experience as you will be managing multiple branches. An assertive personality is needed.
Education Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Minimum of at least 3 years managerial experience
- Financial service industry experience is beneficial
- Must have dealt with headcounts of 1000+
- MS Packages on advanced level ideally
- Effective communication skills
- Assertive
- Team player
- Deadline driven
- Effectively works under pressure
