Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join their HR team in Johannesburg North. Looking for a proactive and innovative thinker, with leadership skills and that can thrive on pressure in this demanding role.
Duties:
- Implementing and streamlining payroll processes
- Management of payroll department and payroll team
- Continuous improvements in the Payroll Department
- Management of the Sage 300 payroll systems and interacting with Sage 300 staff on updates and enhancements
- Month end financial reports for SARS and other 3rd party payments for Finance
- Matric & relevant certificate/Diploma/Degree (minimum requirements)
- 5 10 years experience in a similar role (management experience required)
- Advanced Payroll Tax knowledge and experience
- Extensive knowledge of Sage 300 Payroll
- Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel
