MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide general payroll administration services to MHR Western Cape, Clients, and MHR Panel Members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide general payroll administration services to MHR Western Cape, Clients and MHR Panel Members
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Payroll/ Human Resources
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 1 years' experience within a payroll environment
- 2 years' experience within a payroll environment
- Payroll system, MHR policies, and related processes.
- Payroll environment, including tax, month end, year end and related processes.
- Knowledge of legislation influencing the payroll and the application thereof (BCEA)
- Tax administration and related processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (e.g. letters, documents etc.), Excel (e.g. formulas, reports etc.), CRS (e.g. viewing of payslips), MHRM (e.g. invoicing and capturing etc.)
- Human Resource Policies and Procedures
- Pays meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
