Key Responsibilities:
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Technical:Manufacture patterns as per specifications Repair damaged patterns as and when required Responsible for carrying out maintenance work on patterns Ensure that a pattern inspection checklist is completed before production Ensure that consumable stock items are maintained and report low stock levels to the Foundry Technician

ProceduresStack items in allocated areas and in a safe manner Achieve set production targets Perform TPM checklists Always adhere to Company policies and procedures, standard operating procedures and work instructions (SOPs and WI)

OperationOperate machines / equipment in accordance with safe work instructions Always work according to efficiency standards Identify any potential hazards and risks and report to the Foundry Technician To adhere to required protective clothing rules and ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times Attend compulsory safe start / green are meetings at the beginning of every shift Adherence to quality control as per work instructions

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Qualified Artisan (Patternmaking) 3 to 5 years related experience.
