About the Role:
Gavin Rajah is hiring a full-time, permanent Patternmaker to work on high-end garments, including made-to-order. You'll collaborate closely with the designer to translate concepts into production-ready patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft accurate patterns for bespoke garments Use draping techniques to develop designs Ensure patterns are precise and ready for production Work with the designer to realise design concepts Maintain high quality and attention to detail
Requirements:
Experience in high-end fashion patternmaking Strong skills in draping and pattern drafting High level of accuracy and attention to detail Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and collaboration skills Flexible and able to adapt to changing project needs
