An established family-owned pharmaceutical company is seeking a seasoned and mature Half-day Financial and Administrative Manager, 3 mornings per week, to become a core part of their team. We are looking for a candidate with a completed degree or diploma and proven experience taking financials through to management accounts. If you have a meticulous eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a deep familiarity with Sage, you could be the perfect fit.
This part-time position requires you to manage the financial heartbeat of the company.
Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing documentation for VAT submissions.
Payroll & Compliance: Processing staff salaries, generating payslips, and completing EMP201 submissions to SARS.
Management Accounts: Preparing comprehensive monthly management accounts and handling the annual CIPC renewal.
Operational Support: Processing customer orders and shipments, managing stock levels, handling sales rep sample disbursements and expense reports, and providing general administrative support.
