Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Partner Scout

to join our remote team! As a key part of our recruitment operations, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and onboarding candidates--primarily cleaners--ensuring they are matched to job sites quickly and effectively.

Daily Responsibilities:

Make 100-150 outbound calls daily Conduct scheduled video screen share presentations Create and send contracts Perform email outreach Source and place cleaners into buildings within set deadlines General administrative tasks Participate in a rotating on-call schedule after hours

What Will Help You Succeed:

Proven experience in recruitment or dispatching

Preferably with Appointment Setting experience

Strong customer service and negotiation skills Ability to answer calls during scheduled after-hours shifts Stable remote work environment with webcam and headset Quiet, interruption-free workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills
