About the Role

As a Partner Scout, your primary responsibility is to

source, contact, and onboard candidates

--primarily cleaners--ensuring they are matched to job sites quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

100-150 outbound calls daily

Conduct scheduled

video screen share presentations

Create and send

contracts

Perform

email outreach

Source and place cleaners into buildings within set deadlines Handle general

administrative tasks

Participate in a

rotating on-call schedule

after hours

Compensation & Schedule

Base Pay:

CAD $700 per month

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MDT

Requirements

Proven experience in

recruitment or dispatching

Appointment setting experience

will be prioritized Strong

customer service and negotiation skills

Ability to answer calls during

scheduled after-hours shifts

Stable remote work environment with

webcam and headset

Quiet,

interruption-free workspace

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

What Will Help You Succeed

Fluent in

English

(written and spoken -- minimum 9/10) Computer with at least

4GB RAM

High-quality

webcam and microphone headset

Stable, high-speed internet (check via Google "internet speed test") High energy,

self-motivated

Familiarity with

Google Suite

(Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is an asset
