Packhouse Manager
Job Description
This role is responsible for managing a packhouse team and ensuring smooth production operations. The job involves assigning daily tasks, leading and motivating staff, and maintaining discipline while driving efficiency. The manager oversees the packing of dried flowers to meet client specifications, production targets, and deadlines, while also ensuring strict quality standards are upheld. Administrative duties include managing inventory and production systems, keeping accurate performance and output records, and enhancing data systems to improve operations. Success in this role requires at least one year of experience in packhouse management, proven leadership of large teams, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and production systems. A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused attitude is essential.
