Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Prospecting
Make outbound calls to prospects to sell the Quintet solution directly.
Generate invitations for tradeshows and set up sessions for the Experience Center in London.
Identify potential opportunities, qualify leads, and follow up as required.
Relationship Management
Proactively build and maintain relationships with selected tiered clients.
Develop trust with end-users to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
Collaboration With Internal Teams
Work closely with Clients Inside Sales Specialists to align sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns.
Support seamless communication between teams to ensure prospects receive timely and accurate information.
Maintenance Contract Retention
Retain existing maintenance contracts by nurturing client relationships.
Identify renewal opportunities and provide support during the renewal process.
Additional Duties
Perform other ad hoc tasks related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and achieving targets efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Clear criminal record
Clear credit check
12 years experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (advantageous)
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales teams
