Job Description
Contact donors and potential donors telephonically.
Persuade potential donors to donate and support the client
Follow-up on existing and previous donors for potential support.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the client's reputation.
Maintain accurate records of donor information.
Meet performance targets.
Build customer relationships
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12/equivalent
1-2 years' experience in a sales or relationship environment
Fundraising Experience an advantage
Proficient in English / other languages an advantage
Basic computer skills.
Persistent, with sales and results orientation.
Patient and able to handle rejection/ resilient
Excellent time management.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Self-Motivated
Energy and drive
Between 1 - 3 Years
