We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Organisational Development Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation and administration of primarily OD programs aimed at enhancing employee well-being within our Employee Wellness Program (EWP). The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate various OD initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and communication for training sessions, workshops, and OD sessions
Assist in the operational implementation of OD sessions in collaboration with the wellness team and external vendors
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, feedback, and coaching effectiveness metrics
Serve as a point of contact for client and internal stakeholders regarding the OD program inquiries, resources, and support
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OD
Administration & Financial Management of Account
Effective and accurate maintenance of client information on relevant systems
Effective collaboration with Lyra finance teams to ensure timeous invoicing and assistance with tracking of debtors
Minimum Skillset Required
Proven experience (1-3 years) in administration, preferably in a wellness program or related area
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with wellness program management software/tools is a plus
Passion for promoting wellness and improving employee well-being in the workplace
Minimum level of Experience Required (including any industry-specific experience)
Strong project management skills to deal with complex projects under time pressure
Solid experience in working with data and programme reporting
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent English speaking and writing abilities
Computer literate
Must be fluent in English
