Job Description
An optical assistant required at Neovision Maynard Mall Wynberg. MUST have optical or medical industry experience of at least 1 Year.
Salary will be based on knowledge and experience.
The following will be your key performance areas:
Answer telephone calls
Welcome patients
Assisting patients with paperwork and opening a file
Booking appointments
Scheduling optometrist diary
Invoicing and Receipting
Quotes and payments
Frame dispensing
Arranging collection of spectacles
Data capturing on Optometric software system (Eminance)
Job Tracking and Follow ups
Frame and Lens ordering
Cash ups
Credit Requests
Age Analysis and monthly Reports
Cleanliness of Practice
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* Optometric frontliner: 1 year (Preferred)
