Job Description
An intimate and tranquil safari camp is looking for a OPERATIONS/ F&B MANAGER to join their team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hospitality qualification or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in lodge or boutique hotel management, ideally in Big Five reserves.
- Strong F&B background, including menu planning and service standards.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgets and reporting.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and lodge management software.
- Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest engagement.
