POSITION INFO:
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Operations and Supply Chain professional to help manage our global manufacturing, , procurement, and supplier relationships. Reporting to the , this role plays a key part in getting our products from concept to customer--efficiently and reliably.
Location: Muizenberg, Cape Town
What You'll Do:
- Help plan and run supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
- Lead new product introductions (NPI) and support scaling up manufacturing.
- Oversee validation work on new equipment and contribute to regulatory documents.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage change processes (ECRs/ECNs), technical documentation, and quality compliance.
- Handle global logistics: shipping, customs, warehousing, and stock levels.
- Coordinate production, inventory, and distribution planning.

- Degree in Supply Chain,
- Strong understanding of planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and tools like Excel (PivotTables), MS Project, etc.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willing to travel as needed to manage supplier relationships.
