We are hiring a Project Manager to act as the central execution engine of Feel30.
This role exists to turn ideas, research, and strategy into clear plans, tracked execution, and on-time delivery. You will be given a wide range of responsibilities across operations, vendors, internal projects, and company planning. Your job is to make sure nothing slips, nothing stalls, and nothing is unclear.
If something is unclear, you clarify it. If something is late, you surface it early and fix it.If something is not being tracked, you build the system.
Core Responsibilities
Research and Planning
Research any topic, tool, vendor, regulation, or process required by the business
Synthesize research into clear recommendations, not raw information
Build step-by-step plans of action based on that research
Define timelines, owners, dependencies, and risks before execution starts
Execution and Delivery
Work with internal team members and external vendors to implement plans
Own timelines and delivery dates and hold others accountable to them
Break large projects into actionable tasks and milestones
Identify blockers early and push for resolution without waiting to be asked
Systems, Tools, and Tracking
Deep working knowledge of the software stack we use
Build and maintain tracking systems for projects, KPIs, and ongoing initiatives
Use spreadsheets confidently for planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Continuously improve how work is tracked and communicated
Communication Responsibilities
CEO Communication
Provide clear, concise updates to the CEO
Flag risks, delays, or decisions needed early
Translate chaos into clarity for leadership
Team and Vendor Communication
Act as the primary point of coordination with vendors
Ensure no requests, messages, or deliverables fall through the cracks
Keep Slack channels organized, current, and action-oriented
Follow up relentlessly until tasks are completed
Planning and Prioritization
Build monthly and quarterly execution plans aligned with company goals
Set priorities and sequencing across projects
Define KPIs and measurable outcomes for initiatives
Track progress against plans and adjust as reality changes
Ensure the company stays focused on what actually moves the needle
CEO and EA Support
Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure CEO priorities are executed
Keep the CEO on top of tasks, deadlines, and decisions
Convert CEO ideas into structured plans and delegated actions
Reduce mental load on leadership through organization and follow-through
