Job Description
Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Irrigation, or Project
- Management (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5-10 years' experience in agricultural project implementation or farm development.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Plantation crops (banana experience highly advantageous)
- Irrigation systems (design coordination, installation, or management)
- Strong field implementation and coordination skills. Experience working with smallholder or emerging commercial farmers is an
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively in northern Namibia.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Basic budgeting and cost-control awareness.
- Comfortable working in remote, rural environments.
