Operations Manager Freight Cape Town Airport Industrial
Our Airfreight logistics client is looking for an operations Manager with 5 years Airfreight experience is looking for oversee the operations and maintain business and grow new business. You will need to manage sales, admin, operations and a small office.
Salary Basic plus Commission (included medical aid and pension)
Min Requirement
Min 4-5 years in freight industry - airfreight exports
Min 2-5 years with account management / business development in the Freight / logistics environment
Experience with international logistics, specifically airfreight exports.
Responsibilities
Understanding of Dangerous Goods a must but doesn't have to be certified
Experience with customer service / account management / business development
Experience handling weekly reports and monthly finance reports
Experience managing budgets
Experience managing small teams.
