Job Summary This luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch is in search of a skilled, highly organised & professional OPERATIONS MANAGER / SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee daily operations with a team of passionate service minded individuals in creating a "best of its kind" experience for "another award-winning year". Min 5 years experience within fine dining restaurants Good exposure and confidence in promoting & serving signature SA wines Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all round understanding of food, ingredients & plating components Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence Own transport essential We are looking for a PREMIUM CANDIDATE for a PREMIUM PRODUCT
