Operations Manager (Work From Home, Full-Time, *Unlimited holiday, incredible culture, Contractor Role) 29,000 - 33,000 ZAR with potential to double in next 18 months.

We're Outside Ideas (Oi) - a Dream Team of 10 remote workers, helping small business owners to grow, through our brands Mastermind9, (Mastermind Groups), and Outside ideas (Business Coaching).

We're growing fast ourselves, and we need someone who can help keep us organised, motivated, and moving in the right direction.

As the Operations Manager, you'll be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly. You are the calm in the chaos. The one who knows where things are, how things work, and who needs a friendly nudge to get stuff done.

If you're the type of person who loves people, enjoys bringing order to busy situations, and takes pride in actually finishing things, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

Keeping our systems and processes running like a well-oiled machine Supporting our team and our clients Managing junior team members Tinkering with tech, systems and automations Helping us improve how we work as we grow
About you:

You're organised, steady under pressure, and great with people You finishthe jobs you start You're curious and love figuring things out You've got experience managing and leading people You're confident with tech, systems and processes.
Our Systems:

As our Ops Manager, you will be proficient in all manner of systems. You will need to be an expert in some of the following systems:

Google Workspace Wordpress N8N Go High Level Zoom Gather Make.com AI Prompt engineering / Chat GPT / Claude / Perplexity

Where you're not proficient, you'll need to have a tech-based brain and be able to figure stuff out on your own.
