We are a short-term rental management company specializing in high-quality Airbnb properties. With a strong reputation for delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining top-tier listings, we're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our on-the-ground operations.
Job Summary
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, ensuring all listings are guest-ready, staff are well-coordinated, and our high standards are consistently met. You'll be responsible for managing cleaning and maintenance teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth check-ins, turnovers, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all properties
Schedule and manage cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors
Ensure properties are cleaned, restocked, and guest-ready on time
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards
Manage inventory of supplies (toiletries, linen, cleaning products)
Coordinate repairs and handle emergency maintenance issues
Assist with guest escalations and in-person support if needed
Monitor booking calendars to avoid conflicts and optimize turnover times
Maintain communication with remote teams and reporting systems
Develop and improve operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Onboard and set up new properties into our systems
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using tech tools like Airbnb, Hospitable, Breezeway, ClickUp, etc.
Driver's license and own reliable transport (if travel between properties is required)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Bonus Points
Experience managing multiple Airbnb or Booking.com listings
Knowledge of local short-term rental regulations
Background in logistics or operations
