You'll work with our national, participant-centered care provider in Australia, specializing in disability care, case work support and domestic assistance (meal prep). We build SOP-driven, emotionally safe and compliant systems to deliver exceptional care.
What You'll Own:
End-to-end operations of our Disability Services division
Compliance with Australian Quality & Safeguarding Standards
SOP development, training modules and performance dashboards
Virtual team leadership: daily huddles, mentoring, reviews
KPI analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-functional collaboration with Client Care, Operations and GoRC teams
Who You Are:
5 + years in senior management within disability support, aged care or community services
Demonstrated success in compliance frameworks, disability, social care
Experienced leading 20+ staff remotely across time zones
Structured, process-driven and thrives under accountability
Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management
Work Setup & Schedule:
Fully remote--occasional in-person meetings if needed
Must be operational during Australian business hours (02:00-10:00 SAST)
Self-disciplined, time-zone aware, and able to work autonomously
