Job Description

Operations Manager - QSR & CDR (Famous Brands/ other major food brand Experience Essential)

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service & Casual Dining restaurants. Famous Brands experience is a strict requirement.

What you'll do:

Maintain and improve operational standards across all stores Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures Manage and resolve staffing and HR issues Conduct site visits, audits, and staff training Handle high-pressure situations with confidence Support business growth and new store rollouts
What you'll need:

5+ years' QSR/CDR operational management experience (Famous Brands outlets required) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills Valid driver's license and confidence driving between sites Resilience in demanding, fast-paced environments
