Support the development of annual operational plans and project-specific work plans.
2. Monitoring:
Design and implement monitoring systems to track project activities and outputs.
Collect and validate data on program indicators using appropriate tools.
Conduct routine monitoring visits and field assessments to verify data quality and progress.
Maintain an up-to-date database of M&E information.
3. Evaluation:
Support the design and execution of evaluations (mid-term, end-line, impact assessments).
Assist in drafting terms of reference (TORs) for external evaluators.
Coordinate data analysis and interpretation for evaluations.
Document lessons learned, success stories, and case studies.
4. Reporting & Learning:
Prepare and submit regular M&E reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide real-time data to inform program adjustments and decision-making.
Organize review meetings to share findings and facilitate learning.
Ensure that all reports meet donor and organizational standards.
5. Capacity Building:
Train program staff and partners on M&E tools, processes, and data management.
Provide technical support for M&E activities at the field and partner levels.
Assist in aligning program plans with strategic objectives.
Participate in the development of logical frameworks, performance indicators, and baseline data.
