Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
Grade 12
Diploma or equivalent in Logistics or Warehousing
Experience
3 - 5 Years experience in warehouse management
Experience of managing teams within tight quality and efficiency parameters
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and in particular, Excel and Office
Experience in Quality Systems
Experience in training/developing staff
Experience in employee relations
Experience in performance management systems and methods
Knowledge of CHEPP Process
Knowledge and understanding of dangerous goods handling and storage
Manage Bond Stores in compliance to SARS requirements
Extensive experience with managing imports and exports
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all client goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and timeously as per agreed KPIs
Ensure the client goods are managed professionally in line with all BIL Safety, Quality, and profitability standards
Ensure the client staff receive all regulatory and developing training
Ensure the Fleet are Managed affeciantly and adhere to all SHERQ requirments
Customer & Supplier Liaison
Reporting to the FM and the customer
