Job Title: Operations Manager Micro Lending Company (KZN & Eastern Cape)
Job Overview:
A dynamic micro-lending company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of 12 branches across KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) and the Eastern Cape. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 12 branches across KZN and Eastern Cape, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Drive performance improvements and operational efficiency across all branches.
• Provide regular management reports, including performance metrics and operational insights.
• Manage and support branch managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding business and improving client satisfaction.
• Address operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to branch operations.
• Handle budget management and financial planning for operational needs.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all branches.

• Own transport (essential for traveling between branches).
• Proven experience in managing operations across multiple branches or locations.
• Strong understanding of micro-lending industry operations, or similar financial services experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and industry regulations.

• R50,000 per month basic salary.
• 5% profit share incentive (which can double or triple your salary based on performance).

• Based in Ballito, managing branches in KZN and Eastern Cape.
