Job Description


Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Experience: 35 years of experience in Facilities or Operations Management, preferably within a property or real estate environment.
Key Attributes:
  • Technical understanding or background in electrical, mechanical, or construction environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational systems such as SAP or MDA.
  • Practical knowledge of vendor and contractor management, including SLA oversight.
  • Understanding of lease terms, maintenance schedules, and statutory obligations.
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and basic contract administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing both tenant and internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a property portfolio.
  • Energetic and drivenideally suited to a self-starter who prefers dynamic, growing environments over large, highly structured corporate systems.
