Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily hub operations, including logistics, security, cleaning, and maintenance.
Optimize driver shift schedules, charging infrastructure, vehicle charging schedules, and rider demand alignment.
Manage the full driver lifecycle: onboarding, vetting, quality control, and weekly payment processing.
Foster strong collaboration between internal teams, including Operations Specialists, vetting, vehicle maintenance, and charging divisions.
Leverage operations technology and fleet management systems to reduce vehicle downtime and minimize human error.
Develop, propose, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Maintain rigorous control over resource allocation and budgeting within the hub.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Operations Management or related field required; a background in Optimisation is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in operations management, preferably within logistics, transport, or fleet environments.
Proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
