Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant qualifications such as BCom Law, BCom Finance, or BCom Accounting.
• 35 years of proven experience in operations management within a regulated financial services environment.
• In-depth knowledge of FICA, FAIS, and relevant financial services regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Solid ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and present detailed management reports.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
