About PwC SATIC and the role
The Associate Operations Coordinator supports the Delivery Centre Chief Operating Officer in driving operational efficiency and ensuring excellence in documentation, governance, and stakeholder engagement. This entry-level role is ideal for a highly organized, adaptable individual eager to develop their skills in operations and administration within a dynamic environment.

As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will assist in operational processes, cross-functional collaboration, and executive support. You will help implement key initiatives, support documentation and meeting logistics, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Qualifications /Certifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience required:
1-2 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (internships and part-time roles count). Exposure to consulting or professional services environments is an advantage, but not required
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with document management systems and collaborative platforms is a plus.
Basic project coordination skills and a willingness to learn new tools.

Assist in creating and formatting presentation decks, reports, and meeting materials.
Organize and prepare documents for meetings and decision-making forums.
Ensure materials align with branding and compliance standards.
Meeting Coordination
Support scheduling and coordination of internal and client-facing meetings.
Help capture minutes, action items, and maintain meeting records. Administrative Support
Maintain high-quality reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Support document version control and formatting standards.
Quality & Compliance
Assist with document quality checks and compliance with audit/data protection requirements.
Project Operations Support
Help with resource planning, scheduling, and operational tracking.
Support the maintenance of dashboards and reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for teams, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
