Job Summary Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Essential).
• Diploma in Shipping, Clearing and Freight Forwarding, Distribution and Logistics Business Management or related field (Preferable).
• Minimum of 2-yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics as a Stock Controller (export-related).
• 5-yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Freight Forward and perishable environment.
• Excellent MS Office skills and experience with QX

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Blank container numbers for loads happening on the day including steri containers
• Blank GEO numbers for loads older than the day of loading
• TempCheck tick list to ensure bookings have indicated in QX all the relevant ticks for tempcheck
• Missing Client Temperature Acceptance Report indicating temp codes in QX but not set up in BELS/Sensi with parameter
• TempTale Temperature Alerts to be analysed and relevant action taken
• Analysis and sanity checks for Port Monitoring
• PPECB Monitoring
• Arrived at FD Notifications
• Arrived at FD without attachments notifications
• Manual TempCheck email notifications to be analysed and sent to clients with accurate and complete info
• Assist with all dispute resolutions internally and externally
• Responsible for all temperature download data to be retrieved from supplier website
• Email Alert Notifications
• Assist with PO files and Transporter mails to update temptales utilized
• Weekend Duty for all operations - willingness to work additional hours from time to time due to nature of business
• Stock management
• Distribution of ALL temptales in DBN to transporters, cold stores, stock sheet and future date of GEO
• Reconciling of delivery notes, acknowledgement letters
• Recon and report physical stocks at various locations
